* Older siblings may walk to meet younger siblings and exit younger siblings’ gate.

*Students will not be allowed to leave campus the last 10 minutes of instruction at the end of the school day. 

* Teachers will remain with their students while they are being picked up. Students will not be dismissed to play at this time. 

* YS and LA’s Best will meet their students on the lunch covered eating area and take them to their assigned classrooms. 

* Any 2^nd – 5^th grade students remaining at 2:30 p.m. (or 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays) will be released to the YS program to wait for their parents.

* Pick up gates will change after 2:30 p.m. Please refer to the After School programs page for assigned pick up gates.

* Los hermanos mayores pueden caminar para encontrase con los hermanos menores y salir de la puerta de los hermanos menores.

* No se les permitirá salir del plantel escolar  a los estudiantes los últimos 10 minutos de instrucción al final del día escolar.

* Los/as maestros/as permanecerán con sus estudiantes mientras están siendo recogidos. Los estudiantes no serán despedidos para jugar en este momento.

* YS y LA's Best se reunirán con sus estudiantes y llevarlos a sus aulas asignadas.

* Cualquier estudiante de 2o - 5to grado que permanezca a las 2:30 p.m. (O 1:30 p.m. los martes) será despedidos al programa de YS para esperar a sus padres.

* Los portones de recogida cambiarán después de las 2:30 p.m. Por favor refiérase a la página de programas después de la escuela para los portones de recogida asignadas.

Strathern Closed Campus Policy/Poliza de Plantel Cerrado:

Your child’s safety is the top priority at our school. Therefore, Strathern Elementary has a strict “Closed Campus Policy”. There will be no visitors/parents allowed on campus before, during or after school without signing in the office and receiving an identification badge.

La seguridad de su hijo/a es la máxima prioridad en nuestra escuela. Por lo tanto, la Escuela Primaria Strathern tiene una estricta "Póliza de Plantel Cerrado". No habrá visitantes / padres permitidos en el plantel antes, durante o después de la escuela sin firmar en la oficina y haber recibido una placa de identificación.

The following policies will continue to be enforced:

• No parents will be allowed on campus before and after school.
• Only parents with the District issued volunteer badge can volunteer in classrooms. Badges from the school photographer are not valid without the District badges.
• Parents with a valid District issued Volunteer Badge will be allowed on campus at 8:30 am.
• All Volunteers must sign in upon arrival in the office, sign out in the office when leaving campus and must leave the District Issued badge in the main office.
• All visitors to campus must show picture ID before signing in.

 

Las siguientes pólizas se seguirán aplicando:

• No se permitirá a padres en el plantel antes y después de la escuela.
• Sólo los padres con la insignia de voluntario emitida por el distrito pueden ser voluntarios en la escuela. Las insignias del fotógrafo de la escuela no son válidas sin las insignias del distrito.
• Los padres con una Insignia de Voluntario emitida por el Distrito válida serán permitidos en la escuela a las 8:30 am.
• Todos los Voluntarios deben firmar a su llegada a la oficina, firmar en la oficina al salir del plantel y deben dejar la insignia emitida por el Distrito en la oficina principal.
• Todos los visitantes al plantel escolar deben mostrar una identificación con foto antes de firmar su entrada.
